The repair man was on time, He was fast and efficient, And most important to me he was honest. He did not order or install parts that we did not need for our washing machine, and we were only charged for the service call which was reasonably priced. He even refused a tip. Will be using this company for all of my appliance needs.

Booking a service call was an absolute breeze. Based on my own internet searches for the F8E0 error code on our oven, I already had a rough estimate of what a repair might cost. I was incredibly delighted when the technician, Arthur, arrived and determined that no parts needed to be replaced at all—meaning we only paid the standard service call charge and labor. We really appreciated that Arthur arrived within the schedule, saving us from a long wait. Honest and prompt service!
